"Every time I call the office with issues an employee named Annie treats me like garbage does not le me speak and tells me not to call too much. I had an issue with a possible "flu" I am 82 and fear for my health, she yelled at me and I yelled back beacuse would not let me speak, she said I had called yesterday I said I have an issue today, yesterday is yesterda...She slamed the pone on me and said ..."

"I had several visits to this office because I was feeling rapid heartbeats. The 1st visit was to meet the doctor, and I should have gone with my gut. I felt he didn't pay attention to my concerns, but he did run test, and he never called me or ask me to come in for results. An ad from the office called me to give me results which I couldn't ask her she wasn't a doctor. My story ends thanks to the ..."

"As I’m on my way to the site I received a call from Anis Perez stating doctor does not feel good and had to go. I explained my grandfather is 92 years old and I was on my way. It took me a bit to get him out of bed and I was looking other doctors. She was very rude and unprofessional and told me if the situation is that bad to take him to the emergency treating my grandfather as a “thing” instead ..."
