"Terrible experience. I needed some work that popped up during the pandemic. The office was an impediment; they ignored emails, wouldn't provide me with the treatment plan, wouldn't give clear responses, and would readily fight with people over the phone. There was a miscommunication where they didn't follow up on a request for a part from another lab. They hadn't reached out to another office ..."
