"I was a new patient and made an appointment for a general cleaning/check up. When I got there, they did xrays and a scan of my teeth and then told me I had to come back for a cleaning and to fill a small cavity. I was quite upset because I was told when I made the appointment that I would be able to have my cleaning that day. I've never been to a dental facility where I just got xrays and then had ..."
