"I called about a week before Christmas, when I had really bad respiratory illness - left msg for Dr Kudelko’s intern (Dr Worth, I think) requesting antibiotic. I called Tues am, no return call; called Wed afternoon; nurse finally called back on Thurs pm & she seemed very irritated, but said she’d talk to Dr; but I never heard back about Rx. "I like my doctor but the terrible staff absolutely ruined the practice for me. The office manager is incredibly rude and would prefer to lose patients instead of addressing problems. Phone calls go unreturned, prescription refills overlooked, and you get spoken to like you aren't intelligent or important enough for good treatment. It's really unfortunate because this could be a very convenient practice ..."
