"Very poor comunication - scheduled visits without telling us, did the wrong procedure, took 2 people to put in a correct IV and then found out the IV wasn't working so put in a 3rd IV with more anesthesia. This could have caused very serious complications! Maybe because we are not at the Phoenix office, but had to wait 2 hours for someone to bring a key, then had to wait longer because instead of ..."

"Absolutely the worst pain management I have ever been to. Kara Fishgold is a horrible NP. I’ve tried to get someone from their office to call me and my insurance company about no response.
