"Very poor comunication - scheduled visits without telling us, did the wrong procedure, took 2 people to put in a correct IV and then found out the IV wasn't working so put in a 3rd IV with more anesthesia. This could have caused very serious complications! Maybe because we are not at the Phoenix office, but had to wait 2 hours for someone to bring a key, then had to wait longer because instead of ..."

"Absolutely the worst pain management I have ever been to. Kara Fishgold is a horrible NP. I’ve tried to get someone from their office to call me and my insurance company about no response. You can never call and talk to anyone, only leave messages with no return call back. Patient abandonment is what has happened to me. Sun Pain is horrible to their patients.
