"I do not blame Summit Spine for Cigna denying my procedure. However, it is extremely frustrating that they knew the procedure was denied on 3/5 and called me on 3/11 to confirm my appointment without telling me the procedure would not be performed. I had a friend rearrange her day in order to be my driver since I have sedation. So I inconvenienced her to take me to an appointment when she didn’t need ..."
