"Left a scathing review on yelp. Incompetent staff, told me I was free to find another, provider, hung up on me. Never contacted me regarding test result. Incorrectly submitted referral; to Ft Loudon Medical Center and then didn’t send corrected one for 4 days. Ordered an ultrasound whereas hospital emergency did a CT scan instead. IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE DONT GO THERE. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT."
