In April 2026, I tried to schedule a family appointment, but a misunderstanding with staff led to our appointments being incorrectly canceled and our family being removed from the system without proper confirmation. "0 Stars... The receptionist(s) are rude and extremely unprofessional. They will never return a call and when they text back from the text number they will literally argue with you when you ask them to simply reschedule your appointment. Instead of rescheduling they will randomly cancel appointments without rescheduling them."

I had to find another Dentist. Very disappointing. I have been coming to this office for years and never had a problem until now.
