"This office does not accept patients with special needs… They have good doctors but the office staff is lacking in patient care and there’s a receptionist that is actually rude… If it weren’t for the office staff my ratings would be much better… They have very good doctors…"

The receptionist ( Kristin) has no ability to deal with patients and deals with them in a condescending and demeaning way… I’ve had this experience multiple times… She argues with patients and is quite unprofessional…She also raises her voice and is very rude… She should not be involved in patient care… She has demonstrated this behavior in person and over ..."
