"This place is called urgent care, but there is a lack of care, and if you need urgent care, don't bother going to this location. They are understaffed and seem to take their sweet time addressing patient's needs. I went in at 10 am, and there were 17 people ahead of me, and at 1230 pm, there were still 17 people ahead of me. I received a call from a nurse at 1237 pm, and she asked me what I needed. ..."
