"I would've given them 0 star if I could. I saw Dr. Franklin recently and had very bad experience. Dr. Franklin asked me if I wanted to do annual blood tests. I said yes since all these years I've had the routine blood tests, they were fully covered by my insurance. Dr Franaklin never explained to me what she tests she had ordered, or hand me the order form. Furthermore, she or none of the office staff ..."
