"I went in for two fillings ended up being a crown and one filling. it's going to be more than 30 days with a temporary crown by the time I get the permanent. I got my temporary crown on 12 December it is 8 January I The customer had to call them and ask when my crown was coming in only to be told it came in after the break which break Christmas or New Year's either way the break isn't that long whichever ..."

"I went in to get a cap for my teeth and on the 12th of December on the 8th of January I had to call the office and ask where the cap for my tooth was. The receptionist told me it came in after the break their break isn't that long as soon as the tooth was received at the office they should have called me to immediately schedule to have the tooth put in especially since I'm wearing a temporary crown ..."
