"I personally heard a patient tell Dr. Haddad she hated him and his reply to her was "if you keep talking like that you will be here one to two more weeks." They are neglecting and drugging up patients here. If you have a friend or family member in here get them out and take notes on everything that happened and call an attorney. What they are doing in this hospital is wrong and illegal."

"Dr. Haddad should practice in a different field of medicine. I have serveral contraindications for the medication he treated me with, and displayed symptoms of overdosing on the medication. I displayed hypersensitivity to the medication and still continued to use it. Not only that, the medication wasn't effective at treating my hallucinations or delusaions."

"Dr. Haddad is horrible. I'm not even sure how he is allowed to practice. He does not care about his patients. It's clear. He is in the wrong field. If you have a loved one, please find someone else to see because you will regret it. He is terrible."
