"I am constantly tired of all my records slipping between the cracks. This facility has proven time and time again that they don't like being here or doing their job. I been going here for 4 years. Records lost. Asking for help with issues over and over again. Its annoying. They lost my records which mean i had to do everything over again. I ask for a different provider because of the smug remarks ..."

"Staff is condescending. Behave as if you are an interruption to their work rather than the reason for it. Classic government, unionized mentality. Make you wear a mask while some do not even make a feeble attempt to comply with the restrictions they place on you. They get two stars because they are not the main VA in Buford."
