"After a yearly visit in August which had beencovered by my eye med insurance, I received a bill for $161 with no warning from staff during the visit. When trying to understand these fraudulent charges the staff was not nice or helpful and they claimed that I was now “medical” and had submitted to my medical insurance (without my knowledge or understanding why). The $161 was balance unpaid by my medical ..."
