"Worst customer service ever! This is at the Walnut Street facility. No one answers the phone. They don’t reply to refill requests on their portal. They are rude and have ZERO customer service skills. Their turnover rate in the front office is 100% all due to a DISGRUNTLED Office Manager who should be terminated for her incompetency. This company has put several patient’s health at risk and they are ..."

"Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Just out of hospital .....need medication after discharge. I have been trying for four days and all I hear is that Dr. MACEK IS SICK AND AT HOME. Who is filling in ????? Apparently no one. 4 days people 4 days"
