I had some medical concerns that I needed addressed and waited a very long time for an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was seen by a medical assistant brought back to a room and left for an hour and a half when I went to the front desk to inquire ..."

"This is not a review per say it's more of a complaint. My doctor and her staff are absolutely amazing. My issue however is the phone system is an absolute disgrace! I've been trying for 2 days to speak to someone in the office and NOTHING! The stupid recording says something about "leaving a message" and guess what...ya!! not a darn way to leave one It keeps going back to the recording. DO SOMETHING ..."
