"I showed up for a doctor appointment with Dr. Goodman. I was told she left the practice in December. I "should have" received a phone call. Well, obviously, if I'm standing there for my appointment, I did not get a phone call. I told them I tried to call several times this morning and asked if they are having issues their phones. The depressed looking receptionist said, "corporate just paid our ..."

When I arrived, I was told that I did not have an appointment and I could not make an appointment because they are not taking new patients.
