"To my surprise my appointment had been cancelled! What ?!!!!!!! My immediate reflection: cancellation isn’t all too common. You receive a reminder of your appointment schedule- I confirmed. "Went to Stellar to get my teeth pulled and dentures. First appointment and X-ray sent me to Transit Rd for consult. Went we agreed on gentle sedation. Went that day sat for a hour. NO sedation! two hours of my teeth being all pulled. Told be 10 minutes later was good to go. My mouth was bloody all the way home. Now my permanent dentures do not fit and want to charge every time. "I am visiting this Sheridan location since last 2 years the Drs are awesome but the office administrator are unorganized yesterday I had 3 fillings and cleaning Hygienist called when I went inside she told me that we are filling your cavities and she left after 15 mins she came again and told me that you have to go for cleaning first then we will work on your filling as soon as I completed my cleaning ..."

"After leavimg work i get to dentist office on McKinley. I walked in stood at check in real for 25 minutes without anyone at the desk. I finally get checked in pay for the dental work ( 3 fillings ) and sit in waiting room for another 25 min. "My daughter has had such anxiety of the dentist, but she loves Dr Falsetti and he is so gentle and thoughtful of her anxiety. She had a filling today in the Sheridan Drive location and she feels so much better and is smiling so much! "I first came in for a cleaning. Did not get it because I needed clearance from my doctor. I did have 20 some x-rays done and left. I lost a small filling in the interim so called to have that done when I did get the cleaning. Came in again paid $69 To get two more x-rays of the absent feeling space and a looksee from the dentist. Still did not get the cleaning. They gave me two more appointments. ..."
