"The old facility, the nurses seemed not to care and to be quite honest, ghetto. The nurse practitioner was what made me stay. The new facility, everyone so far seemed very friendly. My experience so far was not bad. "

"These people do not care and treat you with no respect. The staff is untrained. The nurses don't treat you with respect and they're very disrespectful, condescending and incompetent. Don't ask questions because they just get mad. They make you feel terrible about yourself. "
