"I can’t get a visit scheduled because as usual they haven’t received doctor’s referral. I saw the doctor send the referral, Also on the doctor’s website it shows referral sent September 6,2023. I have a hard copy of the referral as well. Therefore I can’t make an appointment unless I drop it off referral at Steinberg or I text a copy which I did a few months ago for another issue and it didn’t work ..."

"Really bad customer service, I waited like 30 min to get someone over the phone and when I finally did she just hangup on me, I called again and waited an extra hour and Cam was the receptionist and seemed like not urgency or compassion to the patient at all, I requested talk to a supervisor Amanda and I explained the situation and same answered, the supervisor are usually to solve situations not ..."
