"Great physicians, awful front desk service. Mishandled prescription multiple times, changed/canceled appointment at the last minute, posted an insurance claim with a wrong classification that was declined. It takes multiple phone calls to resolve an issue, that is only when they call back. I had to go there in person just to get a prescription renewed. I liked my doctor but the administrative inefficiency ..."
