"Unprofessional, no caring or empathy. Said they were going to call in prescription at 1:00 but not sent, went back to office 3:30 seen Dr again, said calling in prescription right then. Went to pharmacy and waited until they closed no prescription. Got call from pharmacy the next morning saying Dr was not calling in prescription. Noone from office bothered to call me and explain, so I called then ..."
