"Since Starlings Physicians was bought by VillageMD owned by Walmart, services has gone down. Starlings no longer has a doctor on call after hours or on weekends and holidays. Its telephone message refers patients to Urgent Care. Similarly, when I called my physician with a 3-week coughing, the secretary told me she was booked and referred me to urgent care. "This office will make you rot before they see you for an emergency. Had acute dizziness, loud ringing in ear and nausea for days on end. They made me wait over a month for an appointment. Would NOT even see me for an acute appointment to even look in my ears. They stated a hearing test was the only way to determine what was wrong!
