"While the hygienist and dentist were kind, knowledgeable and thorough, the office/billing manager is a complete nightmare. My last appointment was in September 2024, in June 2025 I received a bill for $500. After calling and emailing with Candace the office manager, it was made clear that the financial policy I signed and what I was charged were VERY different. "The office manager is very hard to work with and will not listen or assist with a billing issue. Claims I was asking her to commit insurance fraud. The issue is that the crown was billed as the same tooth as part of my bridge. The prospect of having to pay for a crown because insurance denied it. Because of her attitude I cannot trust this dental office."
