"the office is disgusting old dilapidated and dirty. It has been this way for years not one thing has been done to the this office it is absolutely disgusting. The building it is in is also disgusting but if you want you medical office to be in this building you could at least paint it and renovate it a little. Shame on Dr. Bivona & Dr. Silva. Also, you never get a call back when you really need one. ..."

"No one called to follow up and give test result. Called the front desk to follow up, And was told someone will call me back with test results the same day. Still NOTHING. I still don’t know my blood test result after one month. I have to assume everything is ok. Nothing is uploaded in the portal as well. Seriously!!!!????"
