"I went to the urgent care Ladue to find it closed shortly before 7. Had talked to a Kara a couple times asked when to come because of a trip on a street walking my dogs, but was in great pain with a suspected broken nose. Kara told me to get there around 7. Got there, they had closed. I rushed back to call, and was told by Kara they had closed early, although I saw people in there, so knocked...Nothing. ..."

"I would NEVER go there again. The nurse guy and nurse woman I had were literally beyond HORRIBLE to say the least. The Dr. that came in was there for less than 1 minute, he was nice but it hardly warranted the cost of the appointment and by then I was too stressed because off the horrible nurse. Also my records for this visit are all wrong, missing things they asked and posting things incorrectly. Go ..."
