"I have called to speak to a live person. I have waited on hold for over 22 minutes each time. I could have driven there faster. Plus doctor Owen’s nurse is rude and curt. The office manager, doesn’t provide enough staff for the volume of patients and if you art not computer savvy as most old people with heart problems are. I checked my blood pressure when hanging up and it was 45 point higher ..."
