"I am horrified by the way I was treated by multiple employees. I had requested a transfer of care to another physician at the facility, a right under state law (M.G.L. c. 111, s. 70E). The attending psychiatrist surmised that I must offer “a valid reason" for the request which is ridiculous considering that the doctor-patient relationship is built on trust (the request speaks for itself). Staff tries to be nice, but everyone just seems to be stressed out, or in a bad mood. The energy is terrible.
