"I am horrified by the way I was treated by multiple employees. I had requested a transfer of care to another physician at the facility, a right under state law (M.G.L. c. 111, s. 70E). The attending psychiatrist surmised that I must offer “a valid reason" for the request which is ridiculous considering that the doctor-patient relationship is built on trust (the request speaks for itself). "I was a patient (in Woburn) here until my recent experience. My doctor was OK, and tried to be helpful. But, the place is a disorganized mess, things are late all the time. Staff tries to be nice, but everyone just seems to be stressed out, or in a bad mood. The energy is terrible.
