"I was released from hospital on 12/8/2023. I was told that based on Pathology reports I have Autoimmune Hepatitis and I need to be seen and start treatment immediately. Tricare sends them a referral marked urgent. I get a call from scheduling and she tells me because I am over 60, I need a Pre-screening appointment before I can be seen for treatment. She says she can get me in around mid February ..."

"Are you kidding me? This place is ridiculous. My mom passed away in February, I paid her bill and am trying to get a paid-off statement. For months now, I've called to get this statement, but the phone number they say to call for billing is disconnected. 719-473-4030. When I call to speak to a receptionist, they say they'll "relay" the message to the billing department, but they don't. When ..."
