"I had a very unpleasant experience at this facility. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, waited a little while and was told that they had a power failure prior to my arrival and the CT Scan machine had to be rebooted. OK, no big deal so I waited until I was called in for the test. I was lying down on the machine, arms above my head, ( arthritis in shoulder so I was to say the least ..."
