"BILLING is RIDICULOUS! We were billed in March, 2024; paid that bill and are continuously receiving bills. This last one is a 'final notice'. You cannot get them, the billing company, on the phone! The client (Spokane Emergency Physicians PS) for the billing system is of virtually NO help. TOO much frustration. NEVER going back to that company!"

"I was in the ER, a SEP member allegedly talked to me, which at most was "what happened / tell us if it gets worse". 6months pass by, 1200$ bill. They make sure to say hi to everyone in the ER at 1200$ a pop. "

"This is a scam, they are the equivalent of storm chasers trying to do roof repair. Youre in the ER? One of these SRPs will pop their head in, ask how are you, then leave. At a 1200$ bill youll find out about 6mo later. "
