"Sent me day-before information and online check in option that said my appointment was 9am, and to arrive by 8:45am. I arrived at 8:35am and then had the receptionist proceed to tell me that my appointment was at 8am, and that they have moved on and I will have to reschedule. Unacceptable and I will be taking my business to Multicare Rockwood ENT"
