"They diagnosed my child with allergy induced asthma and tell us to wait a week and a half for further testing for further treatment. I may not be a doctor however it doesn’t take a genius to know that breathing is a daily occurrence and waiting over a week is unacceptable. We have been given the run around on talking to this person and that person and it all comes back to, “nothing can be done until ..."

"Thy called me last week to make an appointment and said they would send me the paperwork. Only thing I got from them was a appointment reminder email. Then I showed up today 20 minutes before my appointment so I could fill out my paper work. It was a ton of questions and bs stuff to do with insurance. 5 minutes after my appointment time I hear them talking about me and not having my paperwork finished. ..."
