Each time they assured me that it was covered and I wont get anything thats not covered. They lied straight to my face when I asked if the back brace was covered. "Dr. Fagan saw me to go over how the facet injections did in my lower back. I was having severe pain due to having 5 bone marrow biopsies along with arsenic chemo infusion for APL Leukemia. I am in remission for now. During the consultation Dr. Fagan took the time to listen to my concerns about the pain in my lower back that I am still struggling with.
