"had a real bad experience with Spillman Family Dental. i went in to have them relook at the right side of my mouth after a deep cleaning, told them that the back upper molar was bothering me and hurting. After trying to explain this to the tech, the office manager (who suddenly became a dentist) got involved and told me that they couldn't find anything wrong. Dr Spillman must not have been there ..."

"Spillman Family Dental refused me, a current patient, treatment during a scheduled visit for a dental emergency (cracked tooth) because I had the gal to question their record keeping. The conversations were always civil and non-combative, but they decided they would rather turn away a current customer than to admit any potential missteps of their own.
