"I am so disappointed in Sparks radiology group. I had a mammogram on April 20, 2024. They billed me for $145. I told them that Blue Cross Blue Shield is my primary insurance. I had Blue Cross Blue Shield on the phone with us and the lady from Blue Cross Blue Shield gave her all the information Now here it is October 22, 2024 and this has still not been taken care of and now they have attached. Oh ..."

"They keep sending me a statement for a bill I've already paid. Phone number on the bill to contact them is useless as no one seems to answer the phone... not going to pay that bill twice and I better not get sent to collections since I ALREADY PAID THE BALANCE DUE. Get your stuff together Sparks Radiology Group...."

"Keep getting a bill saying they need updated insurance information but no one answers the phone and after leaving several messages I get no call back. Can’t pay a bill that I can not get an explanation for. Appears as though I am not the only person experiencing this problem."

"Same problem as the two other reviews. I’ve been receiving a bill from this place for the last couple months and have been calling to get it resolved with NO ANSWER AND NO CALL BACK from Cathy. I just got a new bill, different format entirely with NO NUMBER on it to call. I sent a complaint to the better business bureau because this is insane."

"ZERO F'ing stars. Same problem. Douchebag Cathy never answers the phone. Making it impossible to pay the bill. These people are either lazy or scumbags who want to send everyone to collections. Record your calls to them, as evidence. Sue for all the time you waste calling Cathy. I've made dozens of calls. They never answer any of their numbers."
