"I stopped going here even though I need the shots in my eye for retina disease. The staff was writing false notes in my record about things that were said or actions taken that never happened. They had messed up but tried to create a narrative in documentation of something else. A CY move. This place was started by Dr T many years ago, he was great. Since he retired forget it. But can you? "East side location is always packed with patients. There is no space for walkers or wheelchairs. No parking. You have to drop off the patient, park somewhere else and come back because the staff will not wheel around your family member. Horrible logistics. They need a bigger location to accommodate their volume."

"Do not waste your time or money with this practice. They do not have a clue what a Hippocratic oath is. They course you into thinking you are getting treatment and have you wait an hour and a half to tell you that there is a balance. What a waste. I took time off from work. I did miss an appointment for today 2/28 and now they are saying until July??? Also, the doctor has the habit of rescheduling ..."

"Disabled veteran Waiting 4 hours to be seen by doctor Wong, 30mins intake, 2 1/2 hours waiting room, 1 hour sitting in treatment room, still no doctor, walked out and complained. Excuse is, well he's a specialist. No patient care, it's profit over patient dignity and code of ethics/integrity. Best advice, do not use this treatment center, ask Tri-west for a treatment center that has respect for patients ..."

"DO NOT COME HERE FIND ANOTHER PLACE. The front office and Office Manager Rocio are rude and unempathetic. It's evident that they don't enjoy their jobs and it shows in the rude manner they speak to the patients. Find another Retina Specialist to go to these people simply Do NOT care about you. Sad but true because they deal with patients all day long. If I were the Dr's I would overhaul the office ..."
