"My doctor here is a great doctor I have zero complaints about him. His staff on the other hand, has failed me every time. The first time they "forgot" to send my insurance a prior authorization for 2 weeks for biologic medication. They were very dismissive towards my attempts to get them to send the prior authorization. They kept blaming it on my insurance even with me calling them everyday about ..."

"Terrible place and doctor. Rushed me out after my colonoscopy and endoscopy. Ended up in terrible pain. There is no way to get hold of the office or doctor. Tried to go back to the office where we could talk to someone. Was told this is not a walk in clinic. They had me talk to an assistant to the PA. She said it is normal, wait another 5 days to see if it got better. We went to the ER, where ..."

"Never return your phone calls. You cant get an appointment with a doctor to discuss your concerns. I was better off before my procedure. I could have told him what was wrong. Really suffering now. Terrible heartburn 5 days later and can barely eat."

"TERRIBLE\ Billing dept is terrible. they dont get correct info of insurance so can be submited. Have procedure done and 90 days later i get the bill. Sitting on hold over 30 min and Im caller number 2. Oh and the billing dept is actually in another country. cant understand what they are saying. could be the noise of roosters in the back ground. never again southwest"
