"I had severe cramping from the prep prior to colonscopy. They advised me to take more prep for the procedure, whichwas 5 star but call center is no good. They dont follow up or if they do they say go get lans. Really ust after a colonscopy you should not be expected to get labs. Especially to check for parasites. I was bleeding out my colon and this was.there advise. So sad."

"This place is horrible. They care only about money and not the patients. They will withhold care if you owe them even a penny. They don't care how urgent or important a procedure is, if you don't pay you don't get seen. Nurses are nice enough, but all the doctors are rude, arrogant and give off an uncaring vibe that just makes things uncomfortable. Unethical, uncaring, money hungry. Got a life saving ..."

"Horrible colonoscopy experience, the doctor was inattentive and distracted, talking to his assistant the whole time and not paying attention to the procedure. Seems like a scope factory, they don't treat you as a human being and take your particular situation and needs into consideration."

"My spouse has been trying for two months to get an appointment for a colonoscopy. You play phone tag, but never reach a live representative. If they are so successful and great, why do they not hire a secretary to return calls. Poor system if you ask me."
