"I was referred from my PCP for atrial flutter. I received excellent care. After thouough testing the procedures for TEE and a cardiac ablation. My arrythmia is now gone. Rery responive, good communications, and I felt well cared for. I have only positive things to say about this medical practice."

"What a disaster. It took 5 attempts and a cxld apt to get our apt today. We showed up and they had cancelled our current apt this morning at 9:30 am. We didn’t get the message. Absolutely unprofessional. There are plenty of other practices in town. Avoid their inept office staff. "

"I have been a patient of Dr. Duong for many years. I travel over a hundred miles to see him. I needed to talk with someone about my blood pressure and have left messages two days in a row with no one calling me back. Not his MA or him. Is this what our health care is coming to? We can't talk with anybody, no body calls back, we're immediately connected to a recording to leave a message. "

"They saved my life so I have nothing but praise for them. They are not perfect however they are very good at communication. If you try them on a Monday you may not get an answer but Tuesday through Friday they respond very quickly. "

"They have a system when you call in that allows you to leave a message and they'll call you back. Except they don't. So I called back and made my appointment. 2 days before I'm set to go they call and ask me if I can see a different doctor in the practice because my regular (Dr Nguyen) doc is too busy. When I told them that my blood pressure has been running high and I'd prefer to continue with ..."
