"Office was great, until recent, been going almost four years to date, to find that all my Ortho payments were not followed up on with my insurance to direct payment. After 2 years, the office never called to verify payment leaving me disputing a balance that was covered and now fighting to get claim paid or required to pay out of pocket in order to get braces off.
