"I paid for an implant and it failed. I have given them well over 1000 dollars and they have sent me to a collection agency upon the threat of selling my belongings. I opted to go back to give them an opportunity to correct their mistake. They gave me a bone graph which I did not consent to. After the procedure I asked if they could manage my pain with Ibuprofen and was told to use Tylenol. I have ..."
