"lazy staff!!!!!!!!!! i live in Harrington and they are located in dovet. i called there office to mail or fax me a new patient packet! guess what the manager lady said?? ( which when i asked her name because im reporting them to BBB she hung up on me ) she said we dont do that we are short staffed! you have to come pick it up in office!!!! i said are you kidding me????? they do not accomadate and ..."
