"Avoid this clinic at all costs. They never care about anything other than getting you in and out, so they can get another patient in and out - rinse and repeat! This is the absolute worst of the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. "Where to start , my first appt was 3 hours for blood work flu shot .. ok I was new patient understandable .. I get a referral for some test .. I had to call the office for results, because they don’t use any online portal to see results .. I get Call 2 different people to say Dr needs to go over results. Ok I call back the lady says ok you have low iron you need to come in to speak with the Dr. ok ..."

"Esperar mas de 1 hora despues de la hora tu cita y todo dentro muy desorganizado con las enfermeras. En el cuarto estaba sucio de sangre en la pared y cuando la dra dijo para tomar muestras de sangre la enfermera después de nosotros esperar 10 minutos por ella solo grito y dijo vengan mañana. "Southmore Medical Clinic is the absolute worst medical facility in Houston. Dr. Patel, his nurse practitioners, and his entire office staff are extremely rude, incompetent, and uncaring people. They do not send any referrals out to specialists as ordered by the doctor, without you needing to call-in day after day for several days asking why.
