"My dentist referred me to Southglenn Endodontics to help diagnose tooth pain. They said a 360 degree xray was needed for the diagnosis and that insurance would not pay for any of it. When I went in for the xray, I was required to pay in full upfront and was told that this would be the entire bill since insurance would not pay for the procedure. 3 1/2 months later, I got a bill in the mail saying I ..."

"I wasn't presented a treatment plan but immediately after I turned over my insurance card I was told that my insurance would pay for half. I was then billed accordingly for 2 procedures. The day after the second and final procedure (2 months later) I was given a bill for $900 and was told "oh btw, you're insurance didn't cover any of it."
