The person who scheduled my requested consultation with an MD told me that I have to schedule with a P.A. and that I'm "not allowed" to schedule an appointment with any of the MD's. "Today is Tuesday July 11. I called your office at 4;45 and no one picked u the phone after holding for 5 mins. I redialed several times and still no answer even on prompt number 1. I have given up. Your operators in or wherever must stop working before 5 pm?? Thought doctors should know. "
