"My arm hurts all the time it’s been hurting for years since the surgery! Dr Dernard seems to care more about range of motion more than the pain !! From what I understand this operation should of helped with the pain I have to get a second opinion"

"On or about October 24, 2024, I, elderly, black woman, was seen briefly by a medical person of your staff for a finger issue. The medical profession treated like I had something that penicillin couldn't cure, nor Ajax could rub off! I have to have another appointment; my hope is that I am treated better this time and get the respect that I deserve."

"I was having some bad problems with my elbow and needed some help after urgent care was unable to do anything. I have had surgery with one of their doctors before. After waiting a month for an appointment the doctor doesn’t remember me despite performing surgery on my other elbow 2 years prior; nothing personal about the practice. Left with no treatment or advice."

"This is the most incompetent medical facility I have ever seen. My husband had an appointment for a torn ligament on his ankle. He showed up early for his appointment and waited 45 minutes watching people come in after him, get seen and leave. When he asked the receptionist when he was to be seen. She hadn't even checked him in and told him to reschedule!!!!"

"Some of the front office staff who handle the phones are horrifically rude and insensitive. The person who scheduled my requested consultation with an MD told me that I have to schedule with a P.A. and that I'm "not allowed" to schedule an appointment with any of the MD's. I have a documented history of past surgeries and need an opinion from an Orthopedic surgeon, not a P.A. Healthcare in the southern ..."
