"Given that just about any time spent in a dental chair is accompanied by some level of discomfort, my tooth extraction went well, required additional numbing during the process, but all went according to plan. I would suggest going with some standards in this area of relaxing music, what was playing was distracting for the situation."

Dr. Raja always explained what he was going to do and was available to answer any and all of my questions -- he also has a good sense of humor!"

"Discussed bone graph for bone loss in lower front; that was not practical, 2 lower teeth were removed so a bridge can be done. It was a simple procedure, and so far I've had no problem. Dr. Heffron was very pleasant and gentle, and I would recommend him to friends w/o reservation."

"We were told to arrive by 145 for a 2pm appointment and arrived at 149. Finally saw doctor at almost 3pm. He did spend a good amount of time explaining what was going on and was very knowledgeable. After seeing the doctor, we were put in another area to wait to check out. After about 20 minutes waiting to check out, or a total time of 2 hours, we finally left and will call in to make another appointment. ..."
