" Terrible customer service. Arrived 18 minutes early for paperwork as a new patient and still wasn't seen 38 minutes after arriving. Plenty of hygienists were available and no other patients were waiting. Worked on the appointment for a month, only to be told it would be a minimum of 5 months for a cleaning when I arrived! I SPECIFICALLY asked this before scheduling as my insurance was changing. "
