"Had a referral to this clinic and when we arrived, we were greeted by a very negative receptionist who for some reason took a dislike to us and treated us with very much disrespect. She told us to go sit down and she would call us up and proceeded to help others who came in after us. We were prepared with everything and even had the paperwork filled out and all the insurance information. Later ..."
